By purchasing, accessing, or using Cycle Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App, including the hosted version at our URL and any self-hosted copies.
Cycle Tracker is designed to help you log and track personal health data for your own reference. The App does not:
• Provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Replace the advice of a doctor, midwife, or licensed healthcare provider
• Guarantee the accuracy of cycle predictions or health insights
• Constitute a fertility planning tool or contraceptive method
Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns, fertility planning, or any medical decisions. Do not delay seeking medical care based on information from this App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cycle Tracker shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any reliance on data, predictions, or information provided by the App
• Data loss, service interruptions, or technical errors
• Decisions made based on App content, including health or fertility decisions
• Any third-party services connected to the App (e.g. Google Sheets, Gumroad)
You use this App entirely at your own risk.
Cycle Tracker does not collect, store, or transmit your personal health data to us. All data you log is stored in:
• Your browser's local storage — on your device only
• Your own Google Sheet — in your personal Google account
We have no access to your health data at any time. You are solely responsible for the security and privacy of your Google account and any data stored within it.
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not:
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App or its source code
• Share your licence key with others
• Use the App for commercial tracking services for third parties
• Reverse-engineer or copy the App for redistribution

Cycle Tracker is sold as a digital product. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the licence key has been delivered.
We encourage you to try the live demo fully before purchasing to ensure the App meets your needs.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
