Copy the template sheet

Tap here to copy the template — Google makes a private copy in your own Drive. The script is already inside it, so there's nothing to paste.

Authorise it (one time)

In your new sheet, open Extensions → Apps Script. Pick setupCycleTracker from the function dropdown and click Run. Approve the permission prompts — you'll need Advanced, then Go to Cycle Tracker (unsafe), then Allow.

Deploy as a Web App

Click Deploy → New deployment. Set type to Web app, access to Anyone. Click Deploy and approve permissions.
