Open Google Apps Script

Go to script.google.com and sign in with your Google account. Click New project.

Paste the script

Select all the default code and delete it. Open google-apps-script.gs from your download, copy everything, and paste it in. Save with Ctrl+S.

Deploy as a Web App

Click Deploy → New deployment. Set type to Web app, access to Anyone. Click Deploy and approve permissions.

Paste your URL below

Copy the URL ending in /exec and paste it here. Your entries will go straight to your own private Google Sheet.
